Turns out Gasly’s suspension was damaged from Alonso’s love tap, and he was struggling to steer it. So, prolly not Lando’s fault. I am not a huge fan, but it feels like people are overinterpreting his results, both for the good and the bad. The McLaren is not a consistently good car this year, and results are going to be inconsistent.

It really is awful!!

"Splash of teal" is not something I want to see on a mechanical wristwatch. The Hodinkee article mentioned that lots of guys in the Merc garage wear IWC's of different vintages given that their sponsorship is a decade old. That seemed kind of cool but today's IWC is a clusterfuck compared to the early 00's.

So i see that cheap-ass Lawrence Stroll’s team is blatantly copying the front-running competitor again. Didn’t he angrily and hysterically lash out at all the other principals who criticized this move and questioned his “integrity” when he did it with the pink Mercedes??

The FIA have cleared it. Everyone steals any good idea they can make work on their car. That said, I didn't mind when the delayed intro of the new formula meant that Aston Martin suffered last year.
