Max strikes me as the type who'll talk tough only if he knows there are mechanics and pit crew close enough to step in before he gets his ass kicked.

Saw something that seems to sum up this while Max/George beef pretty well:

George does seem to ***** and moan a lot, half the time he is on the radio it seems he is complaining about or ratting someone out.

For a long time George has been the track narc; I remember him always having long radio messages complaining back in his Williams days, so no surprise people basically meme "ACAB includes George Russell."
