Formal Wear in NYC

I'm getting married this September. I recently bought an Alfred Dunhill tuxedo that both my fiance and I like very much. Now, I'm onto shopping around for a good white shirt, a formal black vest, a bowtie, and some patent leather shoes.

I've looked a bunch online, but haven't found much in terms of selection. Where can I find a self-tie, fitted (not the adjustable type) bowtie? A low cut, 3-button vest?

I live in NYC. Anyone know of a store around here with a good selection that I can try on? Or are the department stores the best options (Barneys, Saks, etc.)?

Thanks for any suggestions,
Andrew

A zillion choices. Brooks Brothers, Paul Stuart and J.Press, all near each other on Madison. (Press is least likely to have all that you need).
Saks and Bergdorf as well.
