Formal trousers

I’m looking for the perfect pair of trousers so could do with some recommendations. They’re to be worn with a a navy Tom Ford blazer which I never really wear due to me lacking a suitable outfit. I prefer as formal as possible (e.g. side adjusters rather than belt loops).
