For anyone with a lot of knowledge in regards to Balmain denim (Authenticity)...

Hey guys, I have been looking for a pair of older Balmain jeans (new collection does nothing for me) and have been looking at eBay as it's really the only place to find such pieces but I figured authenticity would not be an issue (didn't figure fake men's Balmain jeans would be a lucrative market) until I noticed someone selling a pair of jeans that seemed authentic but then were also selling in another auction a very fake leather jacket from the same season which made me not even bother with their denim auction. So my question is there anyone who has knowledge of how to differentiate as such? I was watching this auction but missed out but just wanted to use it for reference, would these be authentic?

If I posted this in the wrong place I apologize. I was unsure whether to post in the "Small questions" thread or the main forum. I searched but couldn't find much anywhere on Balmain jeans and authenticity. Thanks again

I have no clue about that particular brand, but one forum that might is AuthenticForum. Some of the members there have hawkeyes when it comes to fakes.
