There's a book called Core Performance by Mark Verstegen. It's a pretty all-encompassing program that's refreshingly up to date (includes both foam rolling and active-isolated stretching, for example). What I like about it is that he includes every facet for anyone looking to obtain the caliber of a professional athlete: strength, power, elasticity, endurance, prehab, regeneration, flexibility, joint function--the list goes on. Some of you with different goals may have to tailor the program a bit, but it's worth picking up just for the prehab and core training areas. The guy knows his shit. You'd be surprised how out of shape you are when you start this program.
