Folk Tweed Coat

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I came across this neat tweed coat: http://www.endclothing.co.uk/folk-wool-overcoat.html Color me a skeptic, but -- contrary to the description -- this appears to be more autumn-suited. Do you think one could possibly take the brunt of NYC winters in this thing? Thanks!

Probably not. I imagine you'd be better of getting the canvas one - which will at least break the wind - and layering it with a very thick sweater.

Thanks guys, didn't think so. Unfortunately, and I speak on behalf of most around these parts, the tweed caters more to my sensibilities. Duffel Coat it is I guess.
