1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Thank you very much - I'm very happy with them.

I have a fairly large, 44" (112cm) chest and I also have quite wide shoulders, so I decided to err on the side of caution and I bought 2.5m of each of the fabrics. I not only wanted to make sure that there was enough fabric for the shirts, but I also wanted to be sure that the fabrics patterns could be matched on the sleeveheads and yokes. It worked out very well.

    Thanks a lot Journeyman!

Did you receive the rest of the fabric back from the tailor or does it remain with him for when you need new cuffs/collars?

Nice looking shirts, but I think you've stepped over the line with the pricing information. Keep the link in your sig, but please leave the hard sell to your own affiliate thread.

Serious question: Why is a placket important?

Symmetry? Same reason shirt pockets should be despised.

Plackets are underrated in these parts.

I don't know if they're important. To me, a shirt just looks incomplete without it.

I prefer the more minimal look of an unstitched placket.
