Why? They don't like the fabric width?

CEGO knocking it out of the park. These are G&R s140's or something, nothing special to the s200's baller in this forum but the blue is off the hook. It's a cotton knit, think a high end polo but made into a dress shirt. So pimp. Assuming this thing does not shrink to fit a 10 year old, I'll be stocking up on some more. Awesome texture, super soft feel and a bit stretchy.

yeah, I think it will hold up fine, I'm just worried about the shrinkage. It's a terrific fabric, I would get some white ones and some BD's, maybe a pullover, if it works out. NSM's shirts are great, but I am no longer into all the handstitching on shirts, which is why you go Italian IMO, and for a machine made shirt CEGO has done a terrific job for me, he worked out a great collar and I like the convenience. Prices are great on G&R fabric, moreso when you take into account the $/EU echange rate that I am subject to when ordering NSM. Coats/suits though, NSM all the way.

Looks great. How does that collar hold up sans tie - can it be worn without? What is G&R?

G&R is grandi and rubinelli, fabric makers like Carlo Riva, Sic tess etc.

here it is, I only wear BD collars open, so don't know how this would look to you sans tie. The fabric is very soft and has some natural stretch, so the collar is soft but I think Carl put something in there to make it stand up a bit.
