Report back when you see it. I was mostly pleased and I can be a cranky old bastard when it comes to films.

P.s. There is something (very small) at the very end of the credits if you feel like sticking around after the film is finished. Won't miss out on anything grand if you don't stay for it, however...

I bought the DVD today and watched it. I didn't like any of the alternative endings because they were basically the real ending, with a different Coney Island scene. It was interesting to learn that the monster was actually newly hatched, and that the only reason it was destroying the city was because it was afraid. I want that guys job, the creature designer's.
