Fit of CT patent shoes?

Hi,

Sorry for 'another' CT shoe fit thread but I was wondering if the patent shoes fit as large as the rest of the shoes? I'm a UK11 and they don't have a uk 10.5 in stock yet. There is a UK10 though. Considering the usual CT fit problems, do you think that these might fit?

I have a pair of their patents. I found them relatively long but relatively narrow. They may have changed their patent model since I got mine. FWIW.
