I got this through a MTM program Sartoria Triarii (https://www.instagram.com/sartoriatriarii/) and this was one of my first jackets I got from Cameron. Since I have gotten more meticulous with my tailoring preferences I feel this could be improved.

Does this look like this could be taken in some? I'm assuming in the chest and back. For reference I'm 6'1'' 200lbs with a prominent back and around a 42.5" Chest.

The overall fit is good. I don’t care for the really high button stance but that’s more stylistic than for.

I wouldn’t take it in any more though. As is, it looks like their is too much waist Suppression already judging by the pulling across the back.

Everything in the coat looks too high -- buttoning point, out breast pocket, and patched hip pockets.

Actually comparing it to a navy suit of mine that is Bespoke the button stance is on par with this MTM jacket as well as the Brown one.

It could have been my phone's angle of how I took the picture that gives it the perception for some reason.

Thanks for checking the fit and me bouncing between threads :D. I think I'm going to get the other jacket let out slightly.

I agree with previous comments. Fit is good overall but the proportions seem a bit off. Everything has to be lowered by an inch or so, including jacket length.

First, GREAT CHOICE in fabrics! Drago is one of my favorite mills.

I'm pretty much on board with the rest here, I think the fit looks good on you. I think it is the camera angle making it seem like button and pocket placement are high. I just checked one of my 2B SB with patch pockets, and your placements all seem spot on.

As for taking it in, I'm glad you decided against it. While there is room to take in chest and back a bit, I wouldn't say it was necessary in this case. I also don't think the coat needs to be lengthened.
