I took delivery of my first good (the last one was cheap and made in Bangladesh, good fit, poor finish) made to measure suit today. When I went for the initial fitting the shoulders were really bad and needed significant adjustment. I was afraid it would rip at the back so had a little extra room put in, though it actually looked better before I had that done. Lastly, I had the sleeves taken up a little.

Post adjustments, I'm very pleased with it.

for what they charge for suits, it looks pretty good. the extreme waiste supression, however, makes it look a little unatural from the back.

Can you get some pictures of you wearing the trousers without the coat on - front and rear is OK to see how they look individually. It is then possible for a view to be formed.

The quarters look very funky to me. I don't know if that's from the extreme waist suppression or that's the style you wanted. Having read Manton's thread about balance, I wonder if it's a long front. Anyway, they don't hang straight and this suit doesn't look as good as the other Cad & Dandy suit that was posted here..

Looks too tight around the waist. Also looks like there's something very wrong with the sleeve around the armpit - could be the way you've put your shoulders back. Hopefully Despos or jeffreyd weighs in on this thread.

Pants look good.

Far too much waist supression. It actually looks a little freakish from behind.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have a read. Bear in mind though, that I have wide shoulders and a narrow waist, on a RTW suit if the shoulders fit the body is typically huge and the arms are way too long. If the waist suppression looks a little extreme, it's just reflecting the shape of my body.

Warning, me topless link.

There's some weird creasing going on in the upper sleeves and across the back & waist. I'm not technically wise enough to know the source of these issues, but I'd probably think about getting them corrected. If I'm wrong, and it's just creasing from travel/packing, then get it properly pressed and take some fresh pics to be sure what's going on, because those creases/rumples are quite distracting.

+1 on the waist suppression issue.
The armhole seems too snug for your arm.
The pants appear to be too tight (gapping front pockets) or improperly fittet around your rear.
No back pockets?

the trousers look very good, the jacket is completly screwed up. Here is an example of how the jacked should look like

I'm getting another suit made so I'll feed all this back to the tailor. I think you guys are right, the waist supression is a little overcooked and I think that's what leading to the ripples in the back lower down. I had a little material put back in the upper back so it's not too tight there yet still isn't sitting smoothly which confuses me.

The armholes may also be a little tight, hence the lines seen from both the back and front.

I've asked for the trousers to have an extra 1/2 inch in the waist, I'd like them to sit a tad lower, but other than that, I think they fit very well. I never use back pockets so I didn't have them put on, I'm a fan of clean lines.
