((((no spam, serious question))))

Based off the photo below would you be interested in seeing a full spread on these unique ties, would you ever be caught wearing them?

The idea was suppose to be "Ties for guys who like to party" and we made an entire spread based on the idea. Sadly, the spread didnt make it because the person editing for the "multiplicity" look ruined it

A couple of ties are interesting and we wanted to play around with them to see how men would take them

the photo was shot for The G.O.O.D.S Magazine

On the left - looks like some quirky tie an old grey guy might be wearing at a touristy wild west bar. On the right -

I think he might still be still blowing bubbles with his ass. There's always a market for this stuff, though.

Why is guy on the right not wearing a belt? Did he lose it in a bar bet? In fact, his pants don't appear to have belt loops. Seeing as how he doesn't appear to have braces or side-adjusters, that means he's wearing SansaBelt pants, which means he must now commit seppuku.

You are in the wrong side of town OP....

Seriously, I can't stand these kind of marketing schemes that try to bridge some divide between "work and play." To even think in these terms is already a bad sign of things to come. Men who like and want to wear ties will find a way to make their tie and outfit stand out from business attire. So these ties are meant to attract guys who want a fun tie, but who normally don't wear ties? I don't get it. When men wear ties, I think they like wearing a tie for the sake of wearing the tie and whats implied by the tie.

From my favourite Mitchell and Webb skit: Webb (as customer): I'm looking for suits right now, something cas' but also kinda cool and dark so you can wear it in the evening. Mitchell (as salesclerk): You want a business suit that is simultaneously a dinner suit and a tailcoat and a pair of pyjamas... Webb: Yeah, around the kind of £100 and £150 range. Mitchell: Which is fashion from sack cloth and string... Do you wish to look smart or are you merely looking for a newer version of what you're wearing. Webb: Well, if you've got something like this... Mitchell: You mean something Italian and ill-fitting and so shiny I can see my face in it, in stark contrast to your shoes. Webb: Uhh...yeah.

These are the kinds of ties most folks in this forum like to wear. Wrong place for your idea, I'm afraid.

Some left at Will's store.

And these are considered relatively "non-soporific yet non-fun" ties:

Isn't that the point of bespoke? Some of my pants do not have tabs or belt loops, yet they fit just fine. I'm genuinely curious now.
