I need to sell a few pairs, but not sure which... I like them all but just cant find the time to hardly wear them all.

    Holy shit...

Didn't you hear the 'voice of the hungry' when you bought them ? [IMG]

Those are my size. I like the white, perforated mid-top Achilles...

I could live with the velcro version, especially if I can find this color:

I have to check out Barneys if they have it in stock, I don't remember them carrying MMM when I visited though.

    I'll keep my eyes open...

    Those aren't bad either:

Unless you've already confined yourself to contrasting colored mid-/high-tops of course...

I've seen the low-cut, I just prefer the mid-cut version. Plus if I am going to go low-cut, I like this Dior much better.

Dior also has other colors of the low-cut.

But i think those would look better with the gum soles.

If I don't find one I like though, I might just settle for these.

^ If you went to the Barneys in Bev Hills, they do carry MMM...

Yeah I go to that one. I remember less than a handful of Lanvins and a few Diors but I don't recall MMM. I'd have to give them a visit soon then.

^^ If those were size 42-43, I would jump on the grey desert boot.

Not a fan. I don't like blue shoes generally, dislike the sole and find them too chunky. Glad you like them and maybe even made a good bargain, though... This season's Diors I find OK: [IMG]
yeah, i'm more of a fan of sneakers with a distinct color (including black), but i also like the above model a lot
How did you go sizing wise? I noticed that their sizing is a bit unusual like 6.5D/5, 7.5D/6, etc... Is the second number the size printed on the shoe/box? If so that would explain me wearing a size 7 in Lanvins since they put it as equal of 8.5D. I just want to know in case I change my mind and pull the trigger on a pair.
i'm a 9.5 (actually more like a 9.75) in dress shoes and my other Lanvins are marked as an 8. so i ordered the 9.5D/8. i hope i got it right, but it made sense for me at the time. if you wear a size 7 in Lanvin and an 8.5D in other shoes i think you'd go for the 8.5D/7 (that makes me feel better that i made the right decision!)

I noticed that the sale for NM today is a one day sale for some designer and I just chatted with a sales rep and he did say the Lanvins are only good for 25% off today.

I stopped by Barney's Bev Hills today... MMM- they had white patent low, painted white low, white mid, blue high, and black low...

I wanted the painted white lows but they didn't have my size.

Thanks for the report, which white mid did they have? The velcro version or the laced version? Or this?

^They had the bottom one. I wish they had the high but was only in blue.

Lanvin- sequence, navy red/pink cap toe, grey cap toe, and a couple others, not too many options. They had a few Dior as well, nothing that caught my eye.

opinions are all over the place on the lanvin navy suede/burgundy captoe, but for me the hightop version is among the best looking sneakers in this thread. if I get lanvins, it will be those.

Also keep in mind the low top with the red captoe is actually navy suede. I thought it was black suede from teh pic, I think the red captoe would have been better with a regular black smooth leather instead of suede.

^ silver captoe is wayy better in that model with the black suede-like material

i like the navy suede + red cap toe combo. I was actually eyeing them before you mentioned the sale. too bad their free standard shipping via fedex, is estimated to arrive to me on the 24th of May. gg.

    pg600rr,
if those are the perforated mids I'd be interested in those or the grey low-tops.
