Anyone know how well those soles keep up? They look really thin and might wear out quickly.

I know, I found one in size 43 and it was very tempting. Just curious, anyone know how the sizing goes on Ann D sneaks?

Ann D shoes are pretty crappily made. I have a pair of boots and the soles are cheap. My friend has a pair of the sneakers and his wore out really fast, too.

Thought I'd post some progression photos of my Paul Smith dip dyed sneakers. They've lasted forever, had them a couple years and the soles are still perfect and I've been wearing them pretty much every day in the spring and summer. Probably more durable then common projects. They're not very interesting, but they're very well made. They're from the red ear collection and dip dyed so they're much higher quality then paul smiths usual $100 canvas sneakers

I like paul smith sneaks and have considered purchasing, I've held some leather one's in Barneys before (called musas maybe?). No idea how they compare in quality to yours, though they look similar. In the end I always decide that they look too much like ballerina slippers.

Standard paul smiths don't really compare to the red ear collection. I have both and the normal ones fell apart in a couple months of daily wear, the soles are just really flimsy, the red ear ones are constructed more like their boots, but they're about 3 times the cost.

Those Smiths look a lot like my emma hopes, you should check that label out... I know her company makes paul smith's mainline women's shoes (or did for a time anyway). Very very well made ultra low key sneakers and great for bumming around in the summer.
