^I think they're sick. Not as good as some of the mmm highs, but about as good as it gets for what's available right now. Nice pickup

    2 things:

    1. Can anybody verify that the outsole on a Lanvin 6 lowtop is 28.5cm?

    2. When it's stated that the Margiela lowtop fits much tighter than the hightop, what exactly does this mean? I'm asking because they have the same length outsole, so I would think the width would be the exact same.

dmash maybe you should try contacting louisaviaroma and ask them to measure their lanvins (choose the product on their site then click on the 'inquire about item' option)

Also I too would like to know about the difference betweeen the fit on MMM hightops compared to low because I have a pair of high 39's which have the same outsole measurements as all my other shoes (CP 39, Cons JP 7, Vans 8 etc) and people usually say to get your usual size or one size up from your CP which would mean a 40 for me.

    huh?
I dont find there's a difference in my MMM highs versus the lows or mids for that matter. They do fit a bit loose though, so that might make it hard for me to detect minute differences.

Lanvins are wider than Margielas so even if the length is the same, the width isn't.

i have hightops in 41 and lowtops in 41. the hightops are shaped differently inside. they are simply roomier inside. the lowtops have a much lower profile as well. i don't know about your question #1. All four pairs of lanvin I have are 7s. also CSoC those velcro hightops are so awesome. I wish I had a pair of those.

I know these aren't a fan favorite with a lot of guys in this thread but just got these in today:

I'm a 40 in CP, got these in 41 and they are way more comfortable/roomy. 40 CP for me is pretty exact, but I def am liking the extra room these allow me.

Any way, pretty happy with them [IMG] to each their own, I suppose.

These look exactly like the Trussardi 1911's I got, same profile, except the gum sole....
