is it possible to lace them? i'm too blind

If I remember right the eyelets are clear all the way through so you could lace them if you wanted to. Why would you though? Get the normal Achilles for lacing.

I seem to recall they are actually stitched down on both sides of the holes, and can't be laced. (Where as the 3 hole slip ons are not, and can be laced)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe I'm right, and it appears like that is the case in the photo as well.

I can think of several contexts I could use them in in a winter fit. It would be better if the gold was less obtrusive / more tarnished.

Don't hate them, but ... they're nothing special.

This. When I finally get a pair of Lanvin sneakers, I won't be getting a pair that looks like cheap sneakers I already have. For a certain value of "cheap"

Wasn't able to find any good pictures, Revolve's pics aren't that clear, but this eBay auction has some pictures that make it look like you can lace them.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Common-Projects-...ht_1452wt_1139

Auction also mentions shoelaces included, but that could just be stock text. Not too sure either way, don't take my word for it.

Those look pretty decent compared to most of the crap they've put out lately, actually. Would like to see a high-top version of the rear pair with a partly patent black shaft that matches the edging around the tongue and eyelets...
