I think he means it's not bad compared to how much it is retail (around $1,150 ?). I expected a custom croc pair to go for a lot more too, maybe around $2k at least. For $300 more with an exotic skin, even if that is the only custom addition doesn't seem that bad when retail is 4x more than that.
