I think they were from 2013. There was another colorway in white with all black holographic detailing. If you search Raf Simons holographic you'll find second hand pairs for sale.

Found a pair of deadstock Raf velcro highs at some tiny boutique in Europe. Returning them as they are too small and look like crap; super yellow-soles (understand some yellowing since they are 8-10 years old) and some orange stuff by the velcro, oxidized glue maybe? Anyway, thought it would be interesting to show how these age even when not worn.

Wow. Sorta a blast from the past. I used to see a lot of those in Italy and also LA, around that time. Tons of Hogan ads in print ads too. 2015 feels a million years ago now. I have some painted Margiela GATs that I bought early 2020 that I keep on meaning to wear, but just haven't/

Chanel bought black white colorway and blue gray color way for $450 each, ended up beating the crap out of them and sold blue pair for $1000 on the real real, nowadays i won’t spend more than $200 on a pair of balenciaga Saint Laurent LANVIN etc been buying the same shoes for years
