1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

would not get. that's a cheap and ugly shoe marked up to $159, and advertised/marketed to be comparable to a $400 shoe.

They look nice, but really bulky like a skate shoe.

I have the grey versions from when they were $99. Would not cop again. Comfy and margom sole, but too bulky, leather doesn't hold the shape around the toe well, and looks like a skate shoe.

I am taking my first leap into the sneaker world over from the traditional menswear side of things, and I am looking at a pair of CP Low Shell Toes right now. I normally wear an 8-8.5 in most of my traditional shoes. The closest thing to a sneaker I have right now are a pair of Vane x Sebago boots which are sized 8. I had a couple of questions though, namely, are Common Projects sneakers all they seem to be cracked up to be? And how is the sizing on the Shell Toes?

Not sure about sizing on shell toes but I would probably take size 40. I've only really had the summer editions (perforated/slim sole) and they are great they lasted a while even as beaters. Ill probably pick up another pair next summer(for the 3rd year in a row).

Probably a 40, unless you have kind of wide feet in which case you might be more comfortable in a 41.
