so i've been working out, watching what i eat, etc but i've hit that last stage (roughly 15lbs) that is just that much harder to get off. any suggestions for slogging the rest of this off me? i used to lift 4 days a week and go for runs on the weekend. then i went exclusively running 6 days a week. currently i'm lifting (circuits) 3 days a week, doing cardio (running) 4 days a week (1 day being dedicated to intervals/tabata/etc). i'm still kind of stuck right on my "plateau" and was hoping some of you guys here would have something suggestions on how to kick start the last bit of this. fwiw, i'm not going for the pretty boy all show no go look. just trying to slim it all the way down. getting tired of the belly flab is all. oh and time is something of a consideration as i honestly don't have that much of it free.
