Filson Mackinaw Packer coat--what's the coldest temp. itcan be worn in?

Does anyone have an idea as to the coldest temperature that this can be worn in, with layering? How about -25C? I've just been asked this question about a packer I'm selling on B&S, and I'm not sure how to answer--so I thought third party independent advice from here would be best!

-13F. That's pretty cold.

It'll keep you warm at that temp provided you dress the rest of yourself correctly.
