Property of only makes sense if you buy at 70% off — they're ok but highly overpriced if you look at the frequent flash sales they pop up. Also, the canvas is pretty thin compared to Filson's (I've owned 10 ~PO bags)

The photo is a brown bag. Tan is never going to be that dark, even new. Pretty sure the brown bag will be even darker irl.

I'm going to have to disagree. I think it a tan bag with some combination of bad lighting, bad white balance and/or bad editing. The difference between the colours of the fabric and the leather is too much for it to be a brown bag. Anyways, whatever colour it is, it is not representative of the brown colour.

Looks legit to me. I'd buy from him / her.

And I'd go for a green bag (Otter green).
I purchased my Brown 257 from this seller. Absolutely authentic Filson bag. I love it! I did communicate with the seller quite a bit before buying. Also check this out......http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/clo/4850305273.html

Great deal! I did buy my Rucksack from a private seller on CL also.

Anyone have any experience with the Soy Wax Shooting Vest? Mainly looking for fit (does it run a size big), durability, warmth.

Thanks.
