What's the story with the bicycle panniers? A quick google tells me A) they don't sell them anymore, and B) it looks like they probably only came in tan.

What do you guys think? Could a 24 hr bag, and a 257 briefcase carry enough stuff for a 4 day trip to Vegas? I now regret selling my 48hr bag, but during COVID lockdown, didn't think I'd be traveling much, so took the offer. Otherwise, have to bid on or buy from factory a 48hr bag.

Lots of qualifiers here obviously. Completely depends on your attire and lifestyle. So…yes? It could. Requires more information.

Which color is the correct color for the current tan? These shades seem wildly different, but both are from the 256 product page

The top one is tan, the bottom Chessie Tan, a new color way.
It’s not chessie tan because it doesn’t have the lighter leather (see the Filson website…)

I’m not sure, but the bottom bag looks like it has been waxed…

The bottom almost looks like the sepia color was added in bad photoshop.

I don't think a 24 hour bag is big enough for your purposes. You should buy my Pullman or my 242 from me. I have both (I also have the 48 hour bag) and there is too much overlap between my Pullman and the 242 (which was called th Large Carry-On and it's gorgeous.

I could lend either of them to you if you'd like, for your trip.

Very generous offer, but I would be so afraid that it would get lost or damaged somehow, so am going to pass..Thinking I might need a 48 hr bag

I’d suspect you would struggle. And the 48hr duffle might still be on the small side. A small Pullman or 242 would be ideal.
