Feedback on this dress shirt - presentable or too baggy?

This is an OTR Brooks Brothers dress shirt so I don't expect perfection, but I just want to see if it is at least presentable. The shirt is their Regent (fitted) cut, their third slimmest fit. I don't like tight or form-fitting shirts, but I'm wondering if this is too baggy in the sleeves and torso. Is it okay, or should I go down to Milano (slim) fit? Or should I keep this fit and have it tailored a bit?

Looks big, I'd move to a smaller size better than a more slim fit. It looks like there is some excess fabric on each part

In my eyes, the shirt looks big on you.
Before changing the fit, have you tried a smaller size in the same fit?
Usually when sizing down, neck size can become an issue, but judging from your pictures it looks like you have some room to play.

I did try a half inch smaller in the neck, which felt a little tight. It was better in the torso but still baggy in the arms.

I'd try the Milano fit if you can. Based on how much room you have in this shirt in chest, body, and sleeves it might just work for you without being super skinny.
