Feedback on soft briefcase

Hi everyone!! I have been lurking around here for a long time and have found this forum to be incredibly insightful. Hoping to receive help and guidance from you amazing people and becoming part of this community! I am in the process of designing a high quality soft briefcase and am conflicted about the front pocket.. Should it be zip around all three sides or just from the top? I am referring to the one that is open in the second picture.. Any other comments regarding shape, colour or anything else will be highly appreciated!

I would like to suggest a third alternative - get rid of that pocket, and put a sinble magazine pocket instead. Right now, that pocket sticks out in an awkward way. It's like you stuck a smaller portfolio on the side of a larger briefcase. Moreover, it seems odd that the most sensitive documents would be kept in the outer part of an outside pouch, in the first place.

Thank you so much for your response and suggestions!! We already have a similar sleeve at the back, as you can see in the picture below, so you think the bag would be better with a plain front?

Also, the thought process behind the front pocket was to give quick access to more frequently used things without opening the whole bag.. the elements in the front pocket (or as we like to call them.. the modules) are removable so if you want to leave your bag behind on your desk you can just carry the module with you and generally configure and adapt the bag as per your needs..



You see any utility in that?
