Feedback on my first MTM suit... from Indochino

So this is my first MTM suit, I bought it online from Indochino, and overall I'm pretty impressed with it. However, there are a few small things I feel need to be changed, so I'm bringing it to a tailor in the next couple of days. I was hoping I could get some feedback, mostly on fit, but style is fine too, but that's pretty much set in stone by now. The places I see trouble are the thighs, the lower back, and a little pinching in the midsection when buttoned. Also, though you can't see it in the picture, my french cuffs seem too big for the jacket sleeves, they push against it and therefore can't move, is that normal or a problem?

Thanks for the help! Also, it's my first MTM suit, so try and take it easy

Oh, and sorry if the pictures aren't the greatest, my only camera also happens to be a phone.

There's nothing in my pocket here.

I feel like the vest fits fine, but I could be wrong.

The upper back looks slightly too tight, and there's probably too much waist suppression. Something is slightly off at the shoulders/lats, the sleeves are oddly wrinkled, and there is a problem with the pants at the hips. The pants' legs might be too slim, but obviously an overall slim-fit silhouette is the aim above. The vest looks fine.

Also, the shirt collar looks too high in the back and the slight sleeves possibly a bit long.
