An hour into it and I can't stand it. Cast was made by a committee, plot was written by a Why, dialog is so painful I considered breaking my bottle of Stella Cidre and stabbing it in my ear but I still had some left int he bottle so that would be a terrible waste and didn't do it.

On the next Lifetime Original Movie a family struggles with drug addiction and lies while in the background the world collapses as we totally ignore the dead rising from the grave.

I was wary when the directTV caption referred to the main characters as a "blended" family. Puh-leeeeze with the liberal PCtalk ****.

The actor who plays Nick is pretty great -- I think he'll be the star of the show. For a second, I thought his sister was Rosita from the regular TWD.

It was a decent episode. I'll stay tuned.

Dull plot point.
Dull plot point.
Dull plot point.
Oh look, a congealed puddle of blood where my GF's kid say he saw a woman with a steel bar through her eating someone's face. Best not do anything about that.
Dull plot point.

I liked it actually! Reminded me of the book World War Z. To be honest, the last few seasons of TWD have become pretty repetitive to me, and I really didn't care for last season. Thought it was poorly written and too many contrived and overacted scenes.

Have you seen the World War Z film with brad Pitt? The scene where he gets out of his car in the traffic jam only to nearly get rammed by the cop on the motorcycle is straight from that movie.

Yea I thought that too when I saw it. Check the Unrated version of Pitt's film, it's much better.

I tuned in expecting brain-dead, badly dressed, flesh-eating zombies.

All I got was a bunch of run of the mill Los Angelinos.

Neither. It's really tame, actually. Does not include the original ending and just CGIs the blood from black to red. lame.
