I'm going to say basic blue Brooks supima.
Not sophisticated but for an OCBD I think it takes some beating.

There are lots of good ones out there. I like the higher count, lighter cloths like Alumo Soyella (and all its variants like Zephyr, Duocento, and the 3-ply), Acorn Grasmere, and the higher count SIC Tess. The Thomas Mason stuff is good solid cloth as well.
