I am quite partial to the StarGate theme song... brings tears to my eyes despite me having never watched a single episode. You guys?

Simon and Simon - This was back when CBS really knew how to do drama, not like the swill that fills Its airwaves today. An excellent piece of music composition married perfectly to highlight from the show that give you an insight into the makeup of each of the shows principal characters.

The song features great use of the cowbell and an excellent sax solo.

As far as movies go, that's a hard one. There are so many that I like.

Another one of my favorites is from a Canadian miniseries called, "The Last Chapter."
