Favorite TV miniseries

1.) Prime Suspect. I think that this is not only the best miniseries of all time but also the best crime drama ever made.

2.) House of Cards. Ian Richardson's acting in this trilogy is miraculous. Don't know how he did it.

3.) Foyle's War. So, so awesome.

Foyle's War isn't a miniseries, is it? UK serials are typically much shorter than American TV seasons.

I haven't seen many of the classic miniseries, but The First Olympics is pretty good.
