so i was just wondering if anyone here is like me... my weight fluctuates between 180 to 150 every few seasons. i blame mcdonalds and wendy's and large stints of deep thought (nothingness). right now i'm at 160, down from 180 2 months ago. i'm trying to get back down to 150 if not 145 and i've decided i'd cheat a little bit. lots of black coffee, vitamins, <500 calories a day, and 4-5 mile runs along the hills. 2,000 calories w/ 4 mile runs is too slow, about 1lb a week. I'm going to see if i can effectively drop down to 152 by the week's end. the ultimate goal being 145. so yea, any other interesting weight loss stories or methods? my apc new standards are coming this week!
