As far as the jeans go, I think you might like the Earnest Sewn Hutch. Try bluefly.com for some nicely discounted ones, or else revolveclothing.com, barneyscoop.com, and earnestsewn.com for full-priced offerings. I'm a similar build, and sort of like J. Crew's button-up shirts.
