Correct, the sale does not include APC. Not sure what they have that's similar.

Is there any inseam shrinkage with KMW at all? I just figured the inseams would be +2 like 5EP, but apparently not.

No. The only style with longer than tagged inseam is the Rocker.

i got some RRL 30x32s that measure out to be 32x34s....
they are sanforized right?
and do they shrink much after a wash?

They're sanforized.. maybe a tiny bit the first time you wash if you do a super rough dry cycle.

In my experience sanforized denim shrinks at least a half inch in the inseam.

2 pairs of APC and my Skulls have shrunk more than an inch and they are all sanforized.
