From the looks of the back pocket they appear to be Nudies. Not sure which model tho.

Bootcut Olas. I'm pretty sure that's the only pair he wears to hide his chicken legs.

As good as your restaurant may be (I want to check it out next spring), I'll wager you that those aren't TF's. Not slim enough, back pocket doesn't go drop below the line of the front pocket, etc.

By the way, you guys should know that since Mauro is a good friend, he is the one exception to the rule that you must ship directly through our banners in order to be eligible for the Styleforum Giveaway contest:

He has promised me that Spurr Trench if I can simultaneously trangle choke him and apply a joint wrenching kimura on him, so I will start practicing after this cold wears off and this knee injury heals up.

Pretty cool, but can you submit someone while he is punching, elbowing, kneeing (and, in the old days) headbutting, you?

How does May 09 look for you schedule-wise? I'll be visiting NYC/Connecticut for a week. Personally, I'd prefer a decent red, no cuvees. Perhaps something in the syrah or pinot noir category.
