1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

22, sounds about right. Not old, seasoned. Plus you'll be able to buy booze for all the young'uns, for a fee of course!

I think it's good not to rush into College/Uni straight out of High School, spending some time in the world gaining a little perspective is quite valuable.

    I'm sure you'll have a kick-ass going away party!

    Lol psychosis.

I went straight in, have just finished my first bachelors, and am changing career next year to economics, so I'll be back at another school next year, first semester.

The arguement of not going in straight away is a reasonable one.

Good guess, but no. It's been too long of a day. Teger tried to play it down when I told him Richmond was such a middle-of-nowhere hick town that you fucking hear banjo music each time you mention its name. He knows I ain't kidding.

Teger tried to play it down when I told him Richmond was such a magical hipster paradise where militant, straight-edge hardcore kids, in-recovery indie cokeheads, and aging punks go out to pasture.

    FTFY.

I wish I didn't go straight to Uni. I fucked around too much during that time, took far too long, came out with less than inspiring results in a degree I don't really want to peruse a career in.

I'm thinking about heading back in, studying something else. It's a bit daunting though.

personally I think going straight into university is the best option for (most) high school grads. but to each their own. at 21 I'll be enrolling in grad school in physics next year while many of my HS classmates are still bumming around the hometown.
