For phone/paypal orders, please email [email protected] and let us know what you are sending back. You have 14 days to get it back to us, and we will credit your card or paypal. If you want to exchange for something else, that is also fine.

About our return policy:

Actually the information That Girl gave was incorrect, we do not do returns so we cannot credit it back to your credit card/paypal. The only one who can make any overrides to this policy is Mauro, who will be back in town next week. Otherwise we can easily do an exchange or give you store credit, which does not expire. Sorry for any confusion.

Farinelli's doesn't want to jinx anything and give specific dates, but they say soon, very soon!!!
