Feels like i've perpetually been stuck just behind the top 3, it's been frustrating to get consistent scores but make the wrong captain choice each week

The captain choice can make a massive difference. I got it right with Bale last week, but more often than not i get it wong.

I picked RVP as captain. His first 45 minutes alone has secured me 24 points. I honestly didn't know I was that clever.

Ended up with 3 goals 2 ass and 40 points as captain. Should get another 3 bonus points x 2 and in total 46. Guess it could have been better.

Decided to swap Aguero for RVP when I used the wildcard and made him captain. Probably 46 points this week compared with maybe 2, I think it was a reasonable deal.

Actually, Aguero just scored but I think a hat trick is still pretty unlikely.

Was toying with switching captaincy to aguero when Wenger hinted RvP might be rested. glad I didn't, but Aguero has a reasonable haul too.

Big punt. He was not impressive for Birmingham. Haven't seen him play for Wigan yet.

Well he only got me 3 points... Seems to fit in with Wigan's style of play better than Brum's (2 assists this season) - I think he'd do well at in a team that had a half decent forward or two.

He can actually play a bit of football, unlike the players for B'ham.

Looks like everyone had a bad week. I was 4 points below the avg. point score and somehow managed to not drop down in the rankings.

Ugh. Had swapped out my sub keeper for Fridel, figuring Tottenham would be a solid bet based on recent form. So, I subbed out Vorm expecting them to be decimated by ManCity.



Captain Roo salvaged my week.
