Following last year's successful Fantasy Premier League, for this year I thought I'd give the obsessed a second opportunity to waste their time.

For those who've played the Fantasy Premier League game, the rules are similar but slightly simplified (no subs for example):

Teams demoted from the Premier League last year were Blackpool, Birmingham and West Ham, all strong teams... Reading only just missed promotion to the Premier League, and Nottingham Forest, Leeds and Cardiff always put in strong performances...

Does Derby County still have the dubious distinction of holding the record for least points accumulated in a Premier League season (15, I believe)?
