I'm 180, not in shape. In fighting shape, I am 170, which is quite a bit smaller than McGregror's walking around shape.

@mrchariybrown : quick question and apologies if you had commented on this earlier in thread, but do you see FG making women's riders at some point? Would be interested in a quilted or channeled rider for my wife, if so.

Have been making jackets for women from the beginning. All models are available in women's sizing.

Oh fantastic. I didn't realize. I checked back on pg. 1 and didn't see any word on channeling/quilting, though?

We don't offer quilting options on jackets.

But we have two quilted jacket models incoming. Was supposed to get pictures this past weekend but Daniel has been swamped.

Hey, don't get me wrong - appreciate the opinions and still might keep depending on how I feel/if I get any offers to buy over the next couple of weeks.

It's close but not quite right and I do think they are a little wide which means when open the jacket has a bit too much drape for my liking. It may settle down but still it's $850 at the end of day so you want to be sure right?

Thanks again for everyone's input, one of the pluses of the forum!

If you can find a buyer to cover some of your initial cost I'd say sell. However I wouldn't say the fit is bad enough that it's worth taking a huge loss.

please confirm exactly which back design is the 4 piece with liver panel (i.e is it the one with or without a seam going down the middle of the jacket)

Any chance of having the center-seamless panel as on the right as an option?
