incredibly obvious...I know if I use the loop it will rip right off sooner then later
Are black zippers cool
Would anyone be interested in my stock 45 V1 (never worn out; only tried on)? Not 100% sure on whether I want to sell it or not yet, but I could actually use the money right now.
It would also be cheaper than what it's offered at normally since I got the 15% TOJ victim discount + another 5% off for paying by paper check.
PM me if interested.
Please keep these discussions in the Markerplace - not here. Thanks.
would you guys be able to take an old TOJ jacket MDR and put 2 way zippers on it? if so, how much would that run me thanks
We don't have 2-way zippers.
I could source that...probably. If I do get it to you could you do it...idk if a random tailor could handle a job like that
Still not something we'd want to take on. Plus, it'd be much cheaper for you to find a local tailor to do this for you. Shipping both ways plus labor would be easily over $100.
Yelp is your friend to find a skilled tailor that could help you out.
Ignorant question, but what would be involved in swapping out a 1-way zipper for a 2-way zipper? Could you just get a 2-way zipper pull of the same brand and size and then swap out the one-way pull, or would you need to replace the entire zipper? I don't know whether there's a difference in the teeth of the zipper or just the way the pulls open and close the teeth.
It involves taking the whole zipper tape off if you want to do it the right way.
Any ETA on quilting?
I believe Daniel is putting in the samples for those next week.
Btw guys, V2 (aka Winter Varsity) will probably be dropping next week. Look for quilted lining and melton wool.
Then I'll probably be placing my second order next week.
Will BCDR be offered soon as well?
so the old calf is still available on request, right?
can anybody who's handled both the old and new calf comment on their differences and which one they prefer?
