    Yea the lambskin won't be enough for that. But the calfskin would be perfectly fine for riding.

    Are you guys producing any non leather MA1 bombers in the near future? The old TOJ wool MA1 and goretex looks awesome! A nylon/satin MA1 would be great as well.

    What type of leather to pick from for that glazed sheen?
    I'm thinking it's the black calf?

    ^ I think they claim the package under 50 USD to avoid duties/taxes.

    If it was in my country then that'd be true as they won't give you the parcel until you've paid the duties, but I think in some places they can send you a bill after delivery.

    Meanwhile it's possible I have to wait for a week or longer until my country customs release the parcel. :-/

    not necessarily true... fedex can charge you duties/tax afterwards in the US. actually, thats the only way ive seen them charge me. with ups, you have to pay upfront afaik

    Looks totally black to me. Looking at it from my iPhone on full bright. No blue hues at all that I can detect.
