evergreen response to pretty much every OJ post.
@LA Guy : How do you mean "not nonsensical"? I dislike most biker/rider style jackets (barring the TOJ MDR and the MMM 5-zip), but I find the Rick Owens intarsia high neck (and for that matter the moto-neck) jackets very versatile and generally wearable even if one isn't into the general style that Owens espouses. If anything it adds an interesting touch. SLP's more minimal offerings are of course excellent choices, no question, but I wouldn't limit it thus.
I meant that the comparisons were nonsensical. I like many of those jackets, though generally, not a Rick, not so much because of the design, bit because for the money, he could give you a garment that doesn't so easily fall apart.
@hmtwrk How tall are you? And is that a normal tee or one of those extended length ones?
i'm 5'10". i'm wearing a JE+C mercer tank which is pretty damn long.
Thoughts on a rewards program?
When are belted riders coming out?
he answered it a page or two back
What are the prices for womens jackets? They were cheaper back in the day. As there is no stock size chart for womens jackets, they would have to be MTM but would the charge apply to them in that case?
what size are you normally and what size did you get? I've gained some weight and trying to find my size.
hmm can't decide between a whiskey collared moto or a blacked out DR2
also unsure about leather type. which leather is the lightest (in terms of warmness), lamb?
I've started adding the fg jacket images to toj-gallery.com; figure it'd be nice to keep them all together for posterity. Please let me know if I've missed anything!
We may implement a rewards program in a month or two.
Most likely early October.
Same prices as men's jackets. Yes, they would require the MTM charge.
Lamb is the lightest in terms of warmth since it's the least dense.
Thinking about offering Bitcoin payments as an option and lower the price for those who prefer to pay with Bitcoin.
Would anyone be interested?
