Granted the customer is going with MTM, the customer submits order through the website. During the ordering process there are detailed descriptions on how to measure and also a PDF measuring guide and even videos on how to do so.
Once the order is submitted, I read over the measurements and then I give my suggestions on sizing/jacket measurements.
It is then up to the customer to do their due diligence and compare the measurements to a well-fitting jacket of a similar cut and they can make any adjustments or ask any questions about possible adjustments. I then respond.
Once the customer figures out what they want to go with they confirm their order measurements through email.
It is ultimately up to the customer to finalize measurements. I am only here to be a guide.
