fake vans slip-ons?

So i saw a pair of slip-ons on a girl. They were like vans but more form fitting, and instead of the skateboard logo on the back it was some black thing ( i couldnt tell exactly what ).
Anyone have any idea what they could have been?

^ A lot of companies are making shoes similar to vans now.. I don't think van's would really be worthwhile to "fake," as they're only like 40 at retail?

Anyone from mall-brand skateboarding companies to Japanese denim repro companies are making Vans-style shoes, and the price ranges anywhere from $15 to hundreds of dollars. ****, I even saw a pair of slip-on's w/ the Gucci print on them...

Damn i really liked this pair. Ive always felt vans were too clunky.
This pair was canvas with white and purple stripes.
And like I said the black logo in place of vans red logo.


theres gota be some shoe genius out there that knows this....
