I recently asked a few of the same questions when I stumbled upon a Burberry trench. From what I recall reading your tags appear to be in the right place and have the right text hallmarks. The Burberry’s logo seems to be a 90s thing if I’m not mistaken. The liner also seems pretty appropriate. Mileage may vary because I think depending on what store the coat was made under label for there will be some minor changes in the configuration.
