In the market for a pair of Scafora shoes. The soles on these differ from everyone I have ever seen. They don't have the crest. Are these real? They are a good deal and in my size.
Shamless plug, I sell / sold some of these.
100% real, Scafora has differnt series; stores/boutiques can order what they believe need for the customers.
They need hand-welted in super expensive leather -> they produce. The need classics -> they produce.

I also had Scafora made shoes for differnt brands, all vary. Just make sure you know the last and check sizing.

Hello to everybody!
I bought Corneliani ID jacket from reseller, and it seems good quality. But, I saw other labels/etiquette on the internet and there are some differences. I am not sure if they produce them outside Italy. This one was made in Turkey. Does anybody have some experience? I will appreciate any help.
Best regards

Zilli suits are made by Pal Zileri and the "old" ones have "old" Pal Zileri tags and the new ones "new" Pal Zileri tags. I don't think they are handmade but all of them have mother of pearl buttons and real silk lining (at least partially). That said, here: tag, lining and buttons looks authentic

I bought this Loro Piana coat in Japan and the seller told me this coat is a sample. I want to make sure whether this coat is a real Loro Piana coat and what year was it manufactured?

I think it’s fake. That is, the coat was not made by Loro Piana.

A different company made the coat using LP cashmere. These types of coats can be purchased relatively cheaply.

Thank you for your reply. I will see if I could return this coat.

Either Fake or someone just added the LP tag.
Usually on LP the buttons have LP on. Inside the fabric label, it says LP or so.
Sometimes no LP inside when sample, however, the material tag is similar to what LP really uses.

Looking to get some input on an ebay seller selling almost exclusively NWT Brunello Cucinelli at significant clearance prices on every single item. I'm hunting for some nicer quality knitwear and stumbled across this user with thousands of positive ratings and selling many many BC items that on examination seem to look right as far as knit details, texture, tags, similarity to official sellers merchandise, etc. Not experienced with the brand enough to identify if there's some subtlety I'm not seeing that makes it obviously real or fake. My hesitancy comes from a few things:

- It is hard to believe the quantity of BC at such steep discount off MSRP on every item, a large amount of it in the same US40 (M) sizing or 8.5 shoe size for men. If these deals seem too good to be true on a well-known brand with little variance in sizing or availability in the most popular size that indicates dedicated counterfeiting to me. Some variance here.

- A lot of repeating customers typing very short positive reviews and not a single negative experience or hassle in 12 years of history.

- Does not show the backs of the price tags ever in what I've seen, which would remove some of my doubt.

Would appreciate others with more knowledge giving the seller of this item a look-through and weighing in.

The sweater is real. Here is a picture of this sweater from a Brunello advert.

Fake Brunello or Loro Piana will most likely not be made as exact replicas of the actual sweaters.

Jus my observation, the seller is from Flushing. I would imagine there are some very good sweatshops, with very experienced people

If I was making a fake brunello sweater, I wouldn't put Polyamide as one of the fabrics in composition tag
