Probably fake but if you were patient you would have the definitive answer from the manufacturer rather than simply opinion from people here.

A good way to tell authenticity is to look at the small details.

The zipper looks really crude, so your item is likely fake

^ Yeah. From the looks of the fittings and construction, my guess would be fake. Look at the stitching in the closeups. The stitches per inch look like crap for Dolce & Gabbana's top line. And that chest patch embroidery is pretty atrocious.
