Unfortunately there is no boutique near me, i have emailed them for information but thought i would also try on here cause there seems to be quite a few people who have a lot of knowledge about briefcases

Probably fake but if you were patient you would have the definitive answer from the manufacturer rather than simply opinion from people here.

A good way to tell authenticity is to look at the small details.

The zipper looks really crude, so your item is likely fake

    ^ No.

The tag looks like crap. Look at the letters. And a tip off that something is fake is small pictures.

    Never mind that it's hideous.

    ^^^^^^

Looks like someone's tasteless holiday souvenir from Turkey or something. Could be the sort of thing that Versace would do. :fu:

Hello - I have been lurking for quite awhile! Bought these at a thrift store - any help is appreciated!

That looks rather crap and poor. I'm suspicious.

^ Yeah. From the looks of the fittings and construction, my guess would be fake. Look at the stitching in the closeups. The stitches per inch look like crap for Dolce & Gabbana's top line. And that chest patch embroidery is pretty atrocious.
