Loro Piana makes and sells cloth, and also makes clothing.so what’s the difference and the value of this coat? i thrifted it for 10 euro
Unless you're talking about a very exotic cloth (Vicuna, etc), usually the cloth itself has relatively little bearing on the resale value of a used garment.
What do you mean by "value"? 10 euro is a great price for a coat if it fits you and you like the style, as @florent wrote. If you are concerned about the resale value of the coat, then resale value is ultimately dependent on what someone else is willing to pay for it. If you don't know the maker of the coat, it probably won't be worth too much even if it is made from LP fabric. You can try searching eBay to see how much similar coats have sold for.
